RadicalNews 0.9.4 provides fixes to these known bugs: BUG FIXES in 0.9.4: Fixes bug in the ROT-13 logic when using ISO-8859-1 encoding. RadicalNews is built quad-fat, running on Motorola, Intel, Sparc, and HP platforms with NEXTSTEP 3.2 or later. (NEXTSTEP 3.0/3.1 may work, but are not supported.) The J version requires NEXTSTEP-J. The beta version is free, and will run until June 1, 1998 00:00. After the beta period, a license may be purchased.
