	This version is really old.  If you grab the latest version from:

	ftp://vic.cc.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/lsof

and add the following two lines to the lsof.h file after configuring it:

	#include <sys/types.h>
	#include <netinet/in_systm.h>

right after the "#include <errno.h>" line it compiles fine under nextstep 3.3.
