Network Messaging for Workgroups and System Administrators

VWall (Vee±Wall) provides system administrators with a powerful means to 
inform network users of events which require immediate attention.  VWall
messages appear in a NEXTSTEP window that floats above all other windows and can
include RTF text and sound.  VWall can also provide message of the day, remote
rebooting, and powering off of network machines.
