Shortcut Keys
Bookmobile has only a few shortcuts to remember. In order to work properly, the toolbar must be the active application. You will know it is the active app when it's toolbar is a bright color, rather than dull. The way to do this depends if you have "focus follows mouse" enabled or not. Focus follows mouse allows you to activate any open window on your system, by merely hovering the mouse over it. If you have not tried it, this can make working on multiple documents much easier. This can be changed by opening the Be menu and choosing preferences | mouse.
To activate the toolbar with "focus follows mouse" disabled, press the following combination
[alt + ctrl + shift]. Note: if you have "focus follows mouse" enabled, this command will not work, you will have to hover the mouse over the toolbar. This is not a bug!
- Make toolbar active
- [alt + ctrl + shift]
- Add new bookmark
- [+ on keypad]
- Show in tracker (opens the Bookmobile settings folder)
- [alt + t] (while add bookmark form is open)
- Cancel the action
- [alt + c] (while add bookmark form is open)
- Add/update the bookmark
- [alt + d] (while add bookmark form is open)
