ColorFont2Html

ColorFont2Html is a simple BeOS application, which allow you to use a terrific font effect in your own webpages. Just start the program, and begin to type your text. The program will automatically parse the text into pure HTML sourcecode and show it in the bottom of the window. If you like, you can choose the menu File/Preview in browser... to show a preview. You can also change the start- and the endcolor of the text, just choose the menu Edit/Edit start color... or Edit/Edit end color....

Normally, the programm begins in the HTML sourcecode a new line after every space character in your text, but if want the whole HTML sourcecode in one line you can toggle the menu Edit/Wrap line after space?.

Finally, when you are enthuastic about the colors, you can copy the HTML sourcecode into the clipboard (menu Edit/Copy HTML-Sourcecode) and paste it into your HTML editor.

You will get the best results, when you use this color effect in <h1>headers</h1> or with big fonts. I think these color effects look quit cool, but they don't waste much time by downloading, because the programm parse the text in pure HTML code.

• Save/restore window state (To uninstall :-(, don't forget to remove /boot/home/config/settings/muramoto/ColorFont2Html.)
• Accept drop from color picker application(Drop color to text field)
