Description: Statistics server with networking capabilities
Notes: GlobalStat doesn't do statistic analysis; it is a server with many
       features such as: on the fly add-on support, multithreaded networking,
       it handles the network restart; GlobalStat's primary goal is to make
       data (from clients) and its display (by add-ons) independant. Writing
       your own client or add-on is easy.
