Attributes are unsupported.
-
Symbolic links can not be created or changed.
-
Mounting process can not be aborted by user. It automatically aborts after 60 seconds, if the FTP server can not be found.
-
Upload of a changed file starts at the earlierst after the file is closed. This means the entire file is cached and you need to have enouch free space for it on your root volume.
-
Single directory or file download at a time only.
As long as a download is in progress other download operations with lower priority are delayed.
-
If /boot/home/ftpfs is open in Tracker before mounting a file system, the file system can not be unmounted using Trackers Unmount menu. The Folder has to be reopened with Tracker. This is either a bug in Tracker or FTP-FS.
-
Volume capacity is always reported as 1 GB with 0.5 GB used and 0.5 GB free.
