Notes: TManager is a useful tool for anybody who wants to
       know what is going on in the system. It gives a lot of info
       about threads, teams, semaphores, ports, areas, and images.
       It lets you act, too: you can kill errant threads or teams,
       alter threads priorities, delete ports, debug threads, release
       semaphores, and so on. It is also a rescue utility since it can
       restart the tracker or the deskbar, and start new terminals.
       Finally TManager is a development tool since it enables the
       developer to check memory leaks and other similar flaws.
