Launching
Squeezer can be launched from either a Terminal or the Tracker.
When launched from a Terminal you can specify one or more archives to open,
no options are currently available.
If no archive is specified at launch time, Squeezer will display its startup window,
where you can create a new archive, open an existing one or open a recently visited one.

- If you select 'Create' a save requester will be displayed, where you can select the path
and the type of your new archive. See Creating Archives for additional details
- If you select 'Open' an open requester will be displayed, where you can simply chose an
archive to be opened.
- If you select 'Open Recent' a popup menu will appear over the button, displaying the
last archives opened with Squeezer to chose from (the number of archives listed can be configured in the
General Settings window).
If you just press the close button of the startup window, Squeezer will quietly exit.
Moreover Squeezer offers an optional Tracker addon (just open the TrackerAddon drawer and
double-click on the Install file) which makes it easy to create new archives directly from the Tracker.
Just select the files and directories you want to archive and launch the addon, Squeezer
will show a requester where you can modify the archive name and type and then will create
the archive with all the selected files for you.
