Notes: This app lets you edit sound in a non-destructive way. This means
  that each action (an action can be cut/copy/paste/an effect) can be
  removed, and that you can even insert a new action between two
  older ones. What follows will be transparently recomputed. SoundKeeper is addonizable, multithreaded, and is also efficient for
  large files (60 megs).
