What's new?

Introduction

POW is an alternate WWW-Server for the BeBox. This is an extreme early pre-release and many features are still missing. But even in this early state it should be better than PoorMan.

For informations about the settings please read the comments in the setting-file.

The window
There are several lights, gauges and numbers in the window. I`ll explain them from left to right:

I - flashes on incoming connects.
A - flashes when a request is accepted.
D - flashes when a request/connect is denied.
S - is activated while sending data.

Done - how many requests have been processed.
Pending - number of connects which are currently processed.
Sending - data in percent already send.

Using POW

To use POW, you only have to start it. It loads /boot/settings/POW_settings on startup to find out what to do. So make sure this file is set up correctly.

Licence

This software package is freely distributable, as long as no files are modified
or removed from the archive. It`s not allowed to raise any money for it`s
spreading and copying. Any distribution trough companies is illegal!
The distribution via ftp.be.com or any mirrors is explicitly allowed.

Any commercial use is stritly forbidden.
(Ask the author for special permission.)
