After a week and a half (or so) of hard hacking away, I've finally completed a working version of this driver. I haven't found any bugs in the design or functionality of this driver as of yet and I hope nobody out there does either. :) Installation Instructions ------------------------- 1. Run the 'epicsetup' shell script from a terminal 2. Open the network preferences and click on 'Add...' 3. Select 'SMC Etherpower II 10/100 (Epic100 PCI)' as your Network Interface 4. Setup your appropriate values in the fields provided and then click on 'Add' 5. Now set up your Domain name, Host name, DNS, etc. 6. Click on 'Restart Networking' 7. Enjoy not having to buy a new net card... :) If you have any questions or bug reports regarding this driver, please email me at clliscio@uwaterloo.ca Release History: ---------------- November 8th, 1999 : v1.0 - Initial Release
