     Description: BePlan is a datebook program inspired by the X11 Plan, 
                  ical, and the CDE Calendar.  The present version will
                  read datebook entries from a PalmPilot
                  (using Date-xfer by abisoft, available at
                  http://www.abisoft.com/BePlan/pilot.html ).
                  Appointments are stored as attributes in files 
                  in the B_COMMON_SETTINGS_DIRECTORY/BePlan directory.
                  Information about the file format is available on 
                  request to seth@abisoft.com.
                  Some date algorithms were borrowed from xcalendar.
  To Do Features: HotSync with the PalmPilot is not complete. 
                  The "Add time" feature is not yet implemented.
                  The details feature is not guaranteed to work.
