Notes:

This is a simple dialog editor plugin for BRed.

To install, you much have BRed installed.  Put the file DITL
in the BRed/Plugins folder.  Make a folder in BRed/Plugins
called DITLPlugins.  Put DITL_Text, DITL_Views, and DITL_Buttons
in this new folder.

Launch BRed and create a resource of type DITL.  Most of the 
rest of it can be figured out with some trial and error.
