  Description: GUI-based TELNET client w/add-on emulators
        Notes: ArpTelnet is a standed TELNET client program.  It is
               built upon the terminal classes in my ArpCommon library
               (not available until the final 2.0 release), and exhibits
               the major features of those classes: character style
               and color, screen history, add-on emulators.  The
               ArpTelnet application is basically a thin wrapper on
               top of those, and adds just a little additional user
               interface support.

               This is an early alpha of the next version of ArpTelnet,
               version 2.0.  It has a number of problems and
               deficiencies, but I think that it is usable enough to
               release so that there is a version of ArpTelnet available
               for R4.
