Readme: ActiveApp v0.5

Sorry for the succintness, but for a alpha-0.5 release, this is all you're getting
from me ;) The app should be more or less self-explanatory, you click stuff
and it switches to the window. This version is strictly a test, a more
full-featured/stable version should be out in a week or so, or whenever I 
get the time to write it. The app more or less works at the moment, and I need
the bug reports so I'm releasing it now. If you really want to see the source or 
submit a bug report, email me at: heliosc@aircor.net. I'll post the source
on BeBits when I can clean it up and I release the next version.
